Abstract
Local caring communities consist of professional providers, such as outpatient services, semi-professional providers, such as neighborhood assistance, and informal actors, such as active individuals who volunteer as caregivers. Until now, such local caring communities have often been left alone to organize and coordinate their services. In many cases, they are dependent on the commitment of individuals.
