When it comes to gender and design there seems to be a gap in the literature focusing on the effect gender has on discussions which influences the design decisions being made. This research aims to uncover if there is any effect, and then how this can be mitigated or used to the advantage of the users. So far, this research has looked at the conversations which has taken place, and the aim going forward is to look at the products being designed and to uncover how gender may have played a part in their creation.en
