This paper contains a discus.sion on different ways. of describing the phenomenon cooperation. These perspectives are in turn used in understanding the descriptions of cooperation as given in different contexts. From one of the perspectives one sees those aspects of cooperation which shows some resemblance with those of a creative dialogue. Oil the basis of a discussion of these aspects we may give some guidelines for the development of computer-based systems supporting cooperation.
