My research interest falls largely at the intersection of social computing and healthcare system, where I explore how the experiences of online participation and associated risky behaviors, such as online harassment, impact patient related health services and assessment process. My primary focus is to connect digital signals about harassment to clinical assessment for better patient service and outcomes. As there is a lack of standard protocol for assessing similar experiences within patients in clinical settings, my research translated into healthcare system will help to build more holistic and structured screening protocols and workflow for both patients and providers.en
