Over the past years, the IS group of the University of Siegen has performed a series of research activities to foster networking among companies in the Siegen-Wittgenstein region. Our research covers a variety of activities such as: networking events, internship programs and joint research projects together with regional companies. Based on these experiences, we developed an expertise matching tool, the Business Finder, to improve mutual awareness among small and medium enterprises (SME) in the region.
