Linking decision makers along decision links constitutes an essential element for the operation of such groupsUnfortunately, the overhead of message passing becomes prohibitive in a flat organization. Models of group decisions are discussed in context with addressing and message passing algorithms. A hierarchical network representation scheme for decision makers is proposed to solve the linking problem.
