Our study addresses problems associated with 'cultural integration' and attempts to solve them through this provision. It reveals rhythms, lifecycles and breakdown situations which, transferred to a general level, form the basic structure for a sustainable implementation of a technology-related local initiative fostering cross-cultural understanding and respect.
